Wondrous Vegan Breakfast Shake

I cannot stress enough how easy-peasy it is to incorporate vegan treats to your everyday meals. Our food system has an undeniably huge impact on the health of our bodies, environment and our non-human earth companions, yet it's so scarcely talked about compared to car pollution and deforestation (not to undermine their importance or anything of course!).

See, I just made a strawberry-banana shake in the matter of minutes.

  • 1 cup of enriched rice milk
  • 1/2 cup of soy yogurt
  • 5 medium sized strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • Maple syrup to taste

Everything goes in the blender and voilĂ . C'est prĂȘt! Mmhhh.
